My GPS Desk is a program for monitoring moving objects in real-time. You would be able to store and then analyze the GPS data. GPS trackers or cell phones with GPS function are the devices you could use to monitor positions of the objects you want to measure. For example, a cell phone of the driver would help you monitor the track of a particular taxi in a fleet of them. It is configured as a data collection server, remote controller, GPS mapping and monitoring tool which gives you maximum performance and visibility. There are no limitations on the amount of data and the duration for which you can store them. Processing methods to be used are also no way restricted. To address real-life situations where there can be a large number of trackers required, this tool provides the necessary power to track hundreds of such tracks and display the track charted by each of these.

The tracks are displayed on maps with associated relevant data such as velocity, mileage, and parking time. The hardware requirement is not complex at all. Common laptops will be able to handle the application easily. Demand on the Internet connection is not high either. The initial map is downloaded from the net and then this copy is used locally so that communications load is not excessive. Parking locations and the duration during which they were parked are determined such that storage requirement of data is minimal. The tool is easy to install. This is a very good tool.
